This app used to be amazing, used it every day for years. The update however is awful, you can no longer see your daily balance and plan your month/year ahead. I would put my monthly bills in ahead of time and each day I would enter expenses and could see my current balance as well as skip ahead a couple of days to see how much I would have in a week or two. Now it shows weekly or monthly and I cannot budget how I did before. Im trying to find something to compare to the old version but no luck yet, may have to go back to budgeting on paper :(

After updating today I find your app completely unusuable. It lacks all signs of your previously intuitive interface and instead of allowing ease of tracking daily and monthly expenses. It instead summarizes ALL my past expenses for the past five years and continually vomits various summary bar graphs in my face. Completely unusable, with the bonus of now hiding all my discrete previous data from me. I find the lite version is still fantastic 5/5. Too bad 5 years of data are on the full updated version, you twats!

I have been using this app religiously for over 5 years and was a 5 star, very sad that it has dropped to 0 stars. I really do not like the new interface. Please revert me to the old version cuz as it stands I cannot use it anymore.

I am loving the new design. Please consider lowering the monthly price for your multi device sync feature. Or highly discounted yearly option. :)

The new "upgrade" installed itself without my ok. All the functionality I liked is gone. It bears no resemblance to the 5 star app I loved. Youd be better off using pen and paper to track expenses. Ugh!

Ive used this app for years, and this new version has killed it. - the default view is the new useless dashboard. I cannot default to my budget to see this months status (ie burndown) - all of my defaults are gone, so I have to reconfigure it all - all of my categories are gone, so I have to go through and essentially recreate my budget - when entering an expense, it now defaults to specifying the vendor (even though Im specifying a default) rather than going to the amount (as it used to) The result is that theyve taken a simple, valuable tool and made it labour-intensive. Not worth it, will be shopping around.

Im very disappointed with the new update. Ive this app for years, with the new update its very hard to use and isnt very user friendly at all. Hopefully they revert back to the last update soon

With every update this has gotten worse. First they removed the wifi backup a few years back, now this new design. Seriously, this is absolutely the worst ever. I want the old version back - this is useless! All the intuitive icons and categories are gone and so is the daily view. I would give is minus 100 stars if that were possible. Please just bring the old version back and fire the guy who did this!

The people who designed this app should be fired, went from a great app to a piece of crap, so easy to use before what was the benefit of change.

It looks good, but sucks! I like seeing my current day right when the app opens up...seeing what Ive spent, what income Ive got and how much is in my account at that point as well as how much Ive spent in the last month. A cleaner look is nice, but dont frig around with the way things work!

Ive used this app since 2011. It worked great! Five stars at the time. Since the October 2016 update, its terrible. No longer easy to use, difficult navigation and I cant easily access account balances. After the conversion or update, my accounts for the first time do not balance. Please revert back to original layout and function.

The new face of the design is nice however the new interface is horrible. Entering transactions are much harder. I do not like the date selection. I prefer the calandre view. The older version was a lot easier to use. Please change the calendar back

The developers arent kidding when they say you should check out the new design before updating. The update has rendered the app useless for my purposes. Without a quick and easy view of my monthly balance I cant use it to closely monitor my spending habits. Ive actually gone and downloaded the lite version to get it back. Ugh.

Only possible after you enter a transaction. And only then categories/subcategories but not vendors. Very clumsy! Will like to add new vendors, categories and subcategories independent of transactions. Overall not impressed. Needs a lot more work. Clean interface though.

I originally rated this app 5 stars YEARS ago and have been happily using it daily until the updated version. The update is absolutely dreadful. It is not user-friendly and takes longer to enter in expenses (previous version had short cuts). Previous version showed daily balance (update doesnt). Previous version showed monthly categories of spending with the touch of a button (update now only shows annual spending and is a huge process to set up monthly expenditures). This version now only allows you to see upcoming expenses for 30 days. I will never use the update it is that terrible. I am now at a loss, as I was so used to using this app daily! Why would you change the entire app and call it an update?? If zero stars were an option I would have rated lower.

Completely regret that I made the update. Have been using this app since 2011. It was such a wonderful app until they decided to ruin it. The new version may be looked fancy in someones eyes, but certainly lacks the convenience it used to have. Today I tried to search a keyword I made in note. Before it would return all related transactions with total debits and credits, but now it only returns each entry and shows how many transactions at bottom. Where is the total? How can I know how much I spent on renovating my house? Are you going to let me calculate by myself?

Ive been using this app for years now. I was really looking forward to the upgrade - until I downloaded it and began using it. I know that everyone complains about change, but this is a much different story. The app is glitchy, clunky and overall much harder to use, and with less options to customize reports than before. PROS: New fresh design. App recognizes receipt when taking picture and crops it. CONS: Image quality in exported PDFs is very pixelated and poor. No way to adjust or upgrade. No control over how exported reports appear. Custom Reports default to current month, even when you set a different date. App forces you to pick categories and subcategories, even if its not needed. VAT/GST figures wont export into any reports. Makes feature useless. A number of other glitches that make the app feel like it wasnt tested properly before release. OVERALL, I feel this is a huge step backwards in many ways for the app.

Use this app all the time. However the latest update doesnt even open. It crashes and shuts down trying to convert files. Now all my existing data is no longer available and I dont know how to get it back. Had I known the update was this dramatic I would have backed up my data before updating but now Ill have to go through all my old receipts the old fashion way. Very disappointed. ---------- Ive had this app for over a year now and still love it. One of the bes apps out there. Hate going though your shoebox of reciepts at the end of the year for your taxes? Inputting reciepts as you get is amazing. If you need to account for all your expenses this takes slot of the pressure around tax time. Well worth the price, which I would guess is also deductable.

Dropping this from Five stars to one. When you update an application you should do it incrementally - I like that we finally get an iOS 7 look (now thay iOS 10 is out, mind you), but youve removed a ton of features and made huge usability setbacks. Hoping you can fix things soon.
